Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Line conversion, FAI - First Article Inspection buyoff after conversion.
- Support Recipe Program creation.
- Support Mass production and NPI activities.
- Machine finetuning & trouble shooting.
- Document production data, defects and corrective action.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronic.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawing & Work instructions.
- Ability to create VAR -Visual Aid Reference.
PREFERRED:
- 2+ Years of experience in Manufacturing / production environment (SMT or Mechanical Assembly / Box Build will be added advantage).
- Experience with AOI – Auto Optical Inspection machine, label printing machine, machine. programming or automation machine will be added advantage.
- Understand IPC-A-610 standard requirement.
SKILLS:
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Power point, MES system.)
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Adaptability to fast paced operation environment.
- Problem solving & Troubleshooting ability.
- Commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
