Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Technician to join our SSD package integration team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting flow definition and Bill of Materials (BOM) setup during new product introduction (NPI) and sustaining activities. As part of our growth, you will also contribute to the development and maintenance of automation systems and provide flexible support across other engineering tasks as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in defining and maintaining manufacturing process flows and routing structures.
- Support accurate and timely setup and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs) in collaboration with Engineering and Manufacturing.
- Participate in line setup, packaging trials, and process validation activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, and Automation.
- Help identify and implement opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company standards and safety procedures.
- Provide general engineering support as needed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Technical diploma or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or packaging engineering.
PREFERRED:
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments, especially in electronics industries.
- Understanding of BOM structures, routing, and process documentation.
- Basic knowledge of automation systems or a willingness to learn.
SKILLS:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively.
