Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate direct material function line test includes follow up material transfer, prepare sample, IPQC Gating.
- Coordinate Substrate Shelf-Life Extension activity as per evaluation plan such as follow up on sample selection, IQA reinspection, material movement, WO release, CTQ data collection, lot hold and release.
- Support MQE to perform IQC and IPQC (KGD, WCS, Wafer, SMT, FC, DP, DA, Die W, Mold, Die W) Non-Conforming material Validation and engineering validation.
- Support MQE on 1 point lesson training and training module, certification for all gate KGD, WCS, Wafer, SMT, FC, DP, DA, Die W, Mold, Die W.
- Support MQE on Quality Deviation Notice include in line Holding lot execution.
- Any other duties assigned from time based on schedule and unscheduled activities.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 1 years of working experience in the same related filed or in manufacturing field
- Full time shift position positions
- Must be able to work independently, and able to support during weekend
- Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Kawan, Pulau Pinang
PREFERRED:
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
SKILLS:
- MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS word
- Good communication skills
