Job description
Role Requirement:
- Responsibilities of any given instruction in orderly manner towards all aspects of flour quality.
- Responsible for all QA job scope, no limit to premise GMP, Pest inspection
- Immediate detection of any off-spec product including semi-finished product & liaises with relevant department or superior for immediate appropriate action.
- Responsible for all incoming raw material inspection, evaluation, and reporting.
- Perform product release, reject in SAP.
- Ensure the certification system standard (ISO, GMP, HACCP, HAS, FSSC, AIB) are implemented and maintained.
- To work and coordinate with other Department in team effort i.e., teamwork with regards to productivity, safety and quality.
Qualification & Experience:
- Fluent in English.
- Degree in Food Science or equivalent academic qualification.
- Preferable with some working experience in food industry
- Knowledge on FSSC, HACCP, GMP (AIB Standard), HALAL other food and safety related regulations is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently, with minimum supervision.
- Able to demonstrate as an effective team player.
- Flexible and mobile-enabled.
