Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform programming and troubleshooting of AOI inspection systems and other designed manufacturing equipment
- Monitor machine performance and fine-tune programs to improve accuracy and productivity
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Equipment, QA and Operations team) to resolve issues
- Minimize product changeover duration and process fine-tuning requirements
- Maintain production runs at optimal yield levels
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required by business needs
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Diploma related Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical and Computer Technology
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience working in an area of their specialty or related field
- Willing to work in 12 hours rotation shift
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
PREFERRED:
- Hands-on experience with AOI inspection machines
- Familiar with AOI programming and fine tuning
SKILLS:
- Basic knowledge of electronics components and PCB assembly
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Able to work on rotating shifts and perform overtime if required
