Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in development of processes as necessary for Post Sputter Engineering, specifically in areas of lubrication and tape polish
- Assist in qualification of new processes via running of evaluations and data collection and making interpretation with use of statistical tools
- Participate in the Post Sputter Engineering in New Product Introduction (NPI) task forces to share ideas and inputs
- Assist in coordination of NPI runs
- Assist in documentation needs
- Learn and use various tools such as Minitab and spotfire to add statistical interpretation to data
- Participate in FMEA, process verification and IMS and understand the complementary effect of all of these tools to each other.
- Participate in process improvement activities and work in tandem with maintenance engineering, QA, and analytics.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
Bachelor in Engineering ( Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent ) or Bachelor of Science (Physics, Chemistry , Applied Science or equivalent)
