JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle shipyard feedback and investigation on field failure issues.
- Furnish and co-ordinate manpower & resources to attend to urgent & major issues due to product quality or installation issues at site.
- Guide and assist Field Service engineers/service partners on their site assignments or repair works.
- Prepare training Material take off (MTO) & installation manuals according to specification. Generate labor hour estimates to attend the repairs, modifications, survey, training & supervision.
- Attend meeting and discussion with customer and agents on site issues.
- Work independently and deliver results within deadline.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Piping Knowledge - Design, Practical & specifications
- Engineering construction exposure in Oil & Gas or Marine; Refinery & Petro-Chemical Industries.
- Project Management / Planning Knowledge
- Resourceful, problem solving, good communication skill.
