Key Responsibilities:
Technical Diagnosis:
- Diagnose and resolve intricate server and storage issues reported by on-site engineers at IEIT.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and methodologies to effectively determine the root causes of technical problems.
Technical Solution Consulting:
- Provide expert advice and solutions for technical issues related to server and storage systems.
- Recommend and implement best practices for system configuration, maintenance, and upgrades to enhance performance.
Communication:
- Deliver support through various communication channels, including telephone, email, and chat tools.
- Clearly articulate technical information to on-site engineers at IEIT, ensuring comprehensive understanding and resolution of issues.
SLA Adherence:
- Ensure that support services are delivered within the agreed-upon SLA timeframes as set by IEIT.
- Maintain meticulous records of support interactions and resolutions to ensure strict adherence to IEIT's SLA requirements.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
