Responsibilities :
- To compile reports (daily/weekly/monthly) i.e. machine maintenance report.
- To assist technical department on daily job arrangement.
- To reply emails, WhatsApp messages on a daily basis.
- To assist superior to compile documents and keep track of all project related paperwork & filling.
- To communicate / contact client to get to the root of their problem.
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
- To carry out other duties & responsibilities assigned by the company as and when necessary.
