Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, format, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with regulatory and operational standards.
- Prepare detailed Product Specification Sheets based on technical and operational inputs.
- Edit and proofread documents for clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy.
- Collaborate with teams to gather and verify technical/procedural information for documentation.
- Manage version-controlled documentation systems for easy access and audit readiness.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, reader-friendly content.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve documentation quality.
- Ensure compliance with internal formatting, tone, and style guidelines.
- Conduct basic market research, compiling competitor data and regulatory insights into reports.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Communications, English, Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Current Master’s degree students are welcome, provided full commitment to standard working hours.
- Proficient spoken and written English is mandatory.
- 1–3 years’ experience in technical writing, documentation, compliance, or related roles.
- Strong editing, formatting, and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and document management tools; familiarity with Notion, SharePoint, or Google Docs is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate remotely across time zones.
- Comfortable interpreting technical data and producing clear, structured documents.
Important Note:
This is a full-time, remote position with mandatory working hours of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (local time). Candidates must not hold any other concurrent employment or engagements during working hours. This role requires discipline and full commitment. Remote work does not imply flexible or part-time hours. Applicants unable to meet this requirement should not apply.
