Job Description :
Experience - Insurance Domain - Min 6 years - 8 years
- Ability to manage and coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups
- Hands-on experience in deploying and integrating Salesforce CRM and Genesys Cloud Contact Centre to deliver end-to-end CRM & Contact Center solutions enhancing the customer 360 experience.
- Expected to lead from a technical perspective across multiple workstreams and business entities including: PAMB, PBTB, PACS, PLAI/PSLA & PVA.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM144,000.00 - RM180,000.00 per month
