Technical Production Operator (Cleanroom)

Job Descriptions:

• Perform assigned tasks under the guidance of Supervisor/Leader, ensuring timely completion in line with production schedules.
• Operate production equipment and machinery according to established SOPs, Work Instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Conduct proper gowning and de-gowning procedures in compliance with cleanroom protocols.
• Ensure adherence to production and quality standards to achieve daily/weekly targets.
• Carry out routine equipment checks, machine setting adjustments, and preventive measures to maintain consistent product quality.
• Perform in-process inspections and quality checks, including verification of incoming materials, identifying and reporting any defects or non-conformances.
• Handle and pack finished goods (FG) for delivery or transfer to secondary processes, ensuring compliance with cleanliness and packaging standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, including proper handling, storage and disposal of materials.
• Report any abnormalities, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards immediately to Supervisor/Leader.
• Accurately complete all required documentation, records and log sheets in a timely manner.
• Support continuous improvement activities by sharing ideas and suggestions to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and improve product quality.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist trainer in training new operators on cleanroom practices and equipment use.

Working Hours : 8AM-8PM/8PM-8AM (ROTATING SHIFT)

Workday days : 5 Days/Week (Saturday OT)

Job Requirement :

• Candidate must possess Secondary school (SPM or equivalent) with Certificate or diploma in manufacturing, biotechnology, or engineering. Courses in cleanroom operations, GMP, or quality control are highly advantageous.
• 1–3 years in a cleanroom or controlled environment preferred
• Knowledge of ISO 14644 or GMP standards to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
• Accurate reading of measuring instruments
• Proper handling of sensitive products
• Ability to operate cleanroom equipment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
