Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop the utility operations team responsible for wastewater treatment, water supply systems, compressed air, vacuum, and power generation systems.
- Ensure reliable 24/7 support of utility systems to meet production and environmental requirements.
- Oversee operation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of all utility-related equipment.
- Ensure compliance with local authorities, OSHA, and international regulations, including equipment certification and environmental permits.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Implement energy and cost-saving initiatives, monitor utility KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and lead projects for capacity expansion, system upgrades, and new installations, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Work closely with consultants, contractors, and suppliers during project planning, execution, and commissioning phases.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular technical meetings, risk assessments, and ensure proper communication of operational updates.
- Train and develop technical staff to ensure high performance, safety, and operational excellence.
- Participate in emergency response planning and incident investigations related to utility systems.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a Technical Manager role, ideally within manufacturing, utilities, or industrial facilities.
- Strong expertise in wastewater treatment, utility systems (e.g., HVAC, boilers, chillers, compressors), and facility services.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance, environmental laws, OSHA, and ISO standards.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects.
- Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting, maintenance management systems, and commissioning activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
