DESIGNATION : Technical Lead - AA
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a development team to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Understand and analyze user requirements independently and serve as the key contact for user communication.
- Prepare functional specifications and other related documentation.
- Provide support for SIT, UAT, and production releases.
- Develop and maintain public-facing systems using Java or .NET.
- Write optimized SQL queries and perform database operations, especially on SQL Server.
- Act as the interface between technical teams and foreign users, managing expectations and ensuring smooth communication.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve project or engagement risks early.
- Continuously improve internal processes to prevent issues and enhance team performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on development experience in Java or .NET.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Tech Lead capacity.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL and SQL Server.
- Proven experience with public-facing or internet-facing systems is required.
- Experience working onsite with users, especially in a cross-cultural or foreign client environment.
- Strong project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in both Chinese and English.
- Strong sense of ownership, leadership, and accountability.
