1. Inbound Operations
- Oversee receiving of incoming shipments.
- Verify delivery documents (PO, DO, invoices) against actual goods.
- Inspect goods for quality and quantity accuracy.
- Coordinate unloading, sorting, and proper storage.
- Update inventory system upon receipt.
2. Outbound Operations
- Plan and organize dispatch schedules based on customer orders.
- Supervise order picking, packing, and staging for loading.
- Ensure correct products, quantities, and documentation before dispatch.
- Coordinate with transport teams for timely deliveries.
3. Picking & Order Fulfilment
- Oversee staff in picking goods according to pick lists.
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and minimal picking errors.
- Monitor use of picking equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
- Implement best practices for order picking to improve productivity.
4. Replenishment
- Monitor inventory levels in pick faces and high racks.
- Coordinate timely replenishment from reserve storage to picking areas.
- Ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out) methods are followed.
- Reduce stock-outs and maintain product availability for orders.
5. General Supervision
- Train and guide warehouse assistants on SOPs for inbound, outbound, picking, and replenishment.
- Enforce safety and quality standards.
- Record and report operational performance, discrepancies, or damages.
