TECHNICAL ASSISTANT- Pasir Gudang
Job Descriptions:
- Assist in diagnosing, troubleshooting, resolving hardware, software and network issues
- Support network setup and configuration (e.g., routers, switches, and firewalls).
- Support IT teams in implementing new systems or technologies including installations.
- Support the setup and deployment of Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and Virtual Private Networks (VPN).
- Organize, mount and lay network cables, including Ethernet and fiber optics. Label, terminate, and connect cables to respective network ports and devices.
- Educate users on IT best practices and company policies
Job Requirement:
- Possess SPM with a strong interest in IT or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Proven experience in a technical support or IT assistant role
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
