Responsibilities :
Sales Support:
- Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks to support their activities.
- Handling customer inquiries and providing basic product information.
- Generating sales reports and updating sales tracking systems.
Order Processing:
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verifying order details and coordinating with the logistics team for shipment arrangements.
- Ensuring timely delivery and resolving any order-related issues.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Updating customer records in the CRM system.
- Assisting in maintaining the integrity of customer data.
- Providing support in managing customer accounts and resolving customer queries.
Sales Coordination:
- Assisting in the coordination of sales activities and events.
- Supporting the organization of sales meetings and presentations.
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams on promotional activities
Inventory Management:
- Assisting in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating replenishment orders.
- Performing periodic inventory checks and reconciliations.
- Helping to maintain accurate inventory records.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Compiling and analyzing sales data to generate performance reports.
- Assisting in preparing presentations or summaries for sales meetings.
- Providing insights and recommendations based on sales analytics.
Documentation and Filing:
- Organizing and maintaining sales documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Ensuring all paperwork is filed correctly and securely.
Supporting Sales Team:
- Providing administrative support to sales representatives as needed.
- Assisting in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Participating in training sessions to enhance sales and administrative skills.
- Gaining exposure to sales strategies, market trends, and industry knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent
- Computer literacy
- Fluent in Malay & English
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Familiar to Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
Job Types: Contract, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
