Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare client onboarding and independence documentation;
- Facilitate and execute mapped data collection process;
- Prepare and compile workpapers, which includes balance sheets and trial balances;
- Assist the team in driving seamless delivery of compliance solutions across key tax services, which includes Corporate Tax, Individual Tax, GST, and Transfer Pricing;
- Uphold strict adherence to client deadlines, operational protocols, and data protection standards to ensure compliant service delivery;
- Collaborate proactively as a member of offshoring team by owning responsibilities, maintaining clear communication, and keeping other team members informed on progress and milestones;
- Other ad-hoc engagements or requests that may require your involvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA Inter, CPA or ACCA a plus).
- 0 - 2 years of experience of tax or accounting experience. Prior experience in Big 4/shared service center will have an added advantage.
- Familiarity with tax software (e.g., Singtax) preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
