Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, etc.)
- Prepare accounting schedules and management reports
- Support in tax computations and submission (including income tax)
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
- Liaise with clients, auditors, and tax agents as required
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments and tasks as delegated by superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Familiar with accounting software (UBS software is an advantage)
- Knowledge of Malaysian tax laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
