Develop master production plans (MPS) for the Thailand and Indonesia facility.
Daily production scheduling and weekly raw material procurement/buy from intercompany and from 3rd party vendors.
Analyze and understand the production capacity and cost structure of Thailand and Indonesia facility, develop Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) to identify supply constraints + debottleneck options.
Responsible for inventory control and order fulfillment rate. Handle excess inventory in a timely manner while maintaining appropriate inventory levels to meet customer needs.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of demand forecast accuracy, supply fulfillment rate, and related KPIs to identify improvement opportunities on inventory reduction and OTIF improvement.
Proactively coordinate with CS, sales, production, logistics, R&D, and other cross-departmental teams to resolve ad hoc problems including delivery constraints, material shortage and new product launch.
Lead TH and ID facility for monthly supply review meeting, support Wood Asia S&OP cycle/
Act as the key user of Oracle R12 for the TH and ID facility, supporting master data management. Ensure correct setup of master data, key parameters.

Degree in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration/Operations Management
- Preferably experience in chemical coating
- Above 3 years experience in Supply Chain Material Planning
- Good analytical skills on inventory analysis, forecasting demand and data interpretation (Excel, Power BI)
- Good excel skill, pivot table, VLookup, etc.
- Good communication skills, working with cross region peers
