Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure visual merchandising and product displays are in line with brand standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning.
Job Requirements:
- Presentable and confident in appearance
- Prior retail sales experience preferred
- Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holiday
- Transport and attendance allowance will be given
