Job Title: Store Supervisor (Imago, Sabah)
Location: Imago Shopping Mall, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
Salary Range: RM2,200 – RM4,000 (Basic + Commission + Allowance)
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store Supervisor to join our retail team at Imago Mall. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and handle cashier transactions
- Maintain store cleanliness and product display
- Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory
- Support daily store operations
- Achieve sales targets and promote products
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is an advantage
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on tasks
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Must possess own transport (preferably with a car)
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
