- Coordinate and monitor production daily activities and processes to ensure manufacturing operations run according to the standard operating procedures and work instructions, and meeting the product quality standards.
- Train, supervise and motivate production workers to ensure smooth operations to enhance line efficiency and reduce wastage.
- Execute food safety controls and policies as well as GMP practices and maintains the cleanliness and good housekeeping of the working environment.
- Ensure the compliance of production workers to the Company’s policies, rules and regulation and conduct counseling and disciplinary action to production workers as and when deemed necessary.
- Monitor production machineries performance and report any abnormality.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Diploma holder.
- 1 - 2 years working experience in manufacturing operation.
- Able to work on night shift (7.00pm - 7:00am) - inclusive of overtime.
- Can work under minimum supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
