POSITION : Supervisor – Health Advisor (Pharmacy Product)
ROTATION OUTLET : KUALA LUMPUR
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication in English & Malay
- Malaysian citizen only
- Must possess own transport
- Willing to travel for roadshows and events
- Experience in retail industry is a must
- Diploma in Medical / Nutrition / Dietetics / Pharmacy is an advantage
- Experience handling supplements/pharmacy products
- Able to lead and motivate promoter teams
- Diploma In Medical/Nutrition/Dietetics /Pharmacy Background Will Be Advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and lead a team of Health Advisors
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide customer service
- Drive sales promotion using creative strategies
- Monitor and ensure product display, cleanliness, and stock availability
- Collect and compile daily sales reports
- Conduct basic health checks/bone scanning with customers
- Assist in planning roadshows and manage logistics
- Provide on-ground support and guidance to team members
WORKING HOURS:
- 6 days per week, 1 day off
- Weekly outlet rotation
- Willing to travel for short-term events/roadshows
