Description
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa MalaysiaResponsible for planning, organizing, and directing the work of their team, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required standards. This includes setting goals, assigning tasks, and creating schedules.
- Provide employees with the necessary training and support to perform their duties effectively
- Responsible for resolving conflicts, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Act as a liaison between employees and upper management, keeping them informed on team progress and any issues that may arise
- Involved in the hiring and onboarding of new employees, ensuring that they are properly trained and integrated into the team
Requirement
- Minimum diploma in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred, with at least 1 year of experience in a retail environment, including supervisory roles.
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing, motivating, and developing a team, as well as handling hiring, training, and performance management.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, with a strong sense of integrity, reliability, and dedication to achieving store success.
