What you'll do:
⭐ Supporting the VP of Strategy and CEO in strategic initiatives, including M&A, fundraising, and market expansion.
⭐ Delivering high-quality analysis, models, and presentation materials to support executive decision-making.
⭐ Driving due diligence and market research with speed and analytical rigor.
⭐ Build and maintain detailed financial models for acquisitions, market entries, and fundraising scenarios.
⭐ Prepare investor materials, pitch decks, and supporting documents for capital raises.
⭐ Conduct commercial and operational due diligence on acquisition targets.
⭐ Structure and synthesize market research for new country launches.
⭐ Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights and align stakeholders.
⭐ Prepare strategy memos and recommendations for leadership.
Who you are:
⭐ 2–3 years in strategy consulting (e.g., Bain, BCG, McKinsey).
⭐ Experience conducting commercial due diligence or strategic market analysis.
⭐ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; financial modelling experience required.
⭐ Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
⭐ Experience in tech, startups, or high-growth environments (preferred but not required).
