As a Creative Strategist / Account Manager, you’ll lead the charge in discovering brand truths, developing meaningful campaign strategies, and managing end-to-end production workflows with clients. This role calls for someone who’s equally comfortable writing strategy decks and directing brainstorms as they are managing stakeholders and project timelines.

What You’ll Be Doing
Strategy & Planning
- Lead campaign and brand discovery sessions to extract insights and define creative directions
- Build content strategies that fuse audience needs, cultural trends, and platform-specific formats
- Translate client briefs into actionable frameworks for creative and production teams
- Conduct market research, competitor audits, and content trend analysis
- Develop clear, compelling strategy decks, briefs, content calendars, and pitch narratives
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with creative directors, writers, and producers to align concepts with strategic goals
- Shape storytelling approaches across formats—videos, social, branded content, digital campaigns
- Ensure creative outputs stay on-brief and resonate with target audiences
- Help guide idea generation, messaging hierarchies, and content structure
Client & Project Management
- Act as the key point of contact for clients—building strong relationships and managing expectations
- Oversee timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure smooth, on-time project delivery
- Collaborate with internal departments (creative, production, post) to ensure alignment and execution
- Confidently present strategy pitches, campaign ideas, and post-campaign reviews
- Spot new business opportunities and bring fresh value to existing accounts
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in strategic planning, account servicing, or integrated campaign roles
- Strong storytelling and strategic thinking chops, with the ability to simplify complexity
- Proven project and client management experience in a content or media agency setting
- Solid understanding of content marketing, social media, and production workflows
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creatively-driven environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills
- Bonus if you’ve worked hands-on with production teams or in a content studio
- Willingness and ability to travel to Singapore regularly for client meetings
Extra Points If You Have:
- Experience with deck design (Keynote, Google Slides, Notion)
- Scriptwriting or campaign copywriting skills
- Familiarity with content performance metrics and optimization
- Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews or lead strategic workshops

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
