About the Role:
As our Social Media Manager, you'll craft engaging content and manage the postings across platforms especially LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X. From reels to carousels, you'll help to increase the engagement and develop company image.

You’ll consistently create relevant, platform-optimized content that boosts engagement, grows our audience, and supports strategic campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and possibly venturing to TikTok & other platforms.
- Collaborate with the strategy and multimedia team to align content with brand goals and messaging.
- Edit short-form videos, create visuals, and write compelling captions.
- Monitor trends, analytics, and audience behavior to optimize content.
- Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all social channels.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation or social media marketing.
- Skilled in Canva and native tools for social media platforms.
- Proficient in English and Malay, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of Mandarin or Tamil is a plus.
- Creative, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
