- Well versed in Strata Management Act.
- Experience in handling various strata portfolio.
- Provide guidance and supervision to site staff.
- Plan and monitor building maintenance preventive schedules.
- Attend Monthly JMB / MC meeting
- Handle conflicts / complaints highlighted to management.
- Ability to conduct AGM / EGM
- Able to work independently.
- Experience in commercial mall will be an added advantage
