The main role is to manage the Mall's building services and day-to-day operations.
- To provide the support and commitment for the overall implementation of the system in the mall.
- To carry out routine monitoring, maintenance and repair of facility equipment and utilities.
- Oversee the work/ performance of subordinate including supervising the work of contractors to ensure compliance with safety regulations and requirement.
- Preventive maintenance programs including training new employees, maintain adequate level of janitorial and maintenance supplies keeps and prepared record.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair on all the system and utilities placed under the care of department for uninterrupted mall activities.
- Inspect and monitor renovation work comply with drawing and layout.
- To supervise and manage Facilities Management staff in relation to Common Areas and Air Con Mall
- Ensure that all maintenance works carried out are in accordance with the Company practice and budget provisions and proper Management approvals are obtained prior to carrying out repair and maintenance works by Contractor.
- To lead and guide a team of subordinates in the daily task
- To ensure that daily inspection and testing of all equipment in the facilities are carried out effectively
- Liaise internally with different department e.g. Leasing, Fit-Out, A&P, Finance, Procurement & etc.
- Liaise with external stakeholders e.g. tenants, JMB, Contractor, Supplier and Vendor, DOSH, TNB & etc.
- To record data entry, up-dating and maintaining of records
- To develop and prepare annual operating budgets for approval by Management
- Any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Facilities Management/Electrical/Civil and Structure or equivalent.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical or equivalent.
- Able to work on weekends.
- Independent, proactive and able to lead a team.
- Able to be based in Star Avenue Mall.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
