Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the convenience store and pharmacy section to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, health standards, and company policies.
- Develop and implement promotional activities to maximize revenue.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare sales reports, and recommend strategies for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in convenience stores or pharmacy-related retail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and merchandising.
- Familiarity with pharmacy products and regulations is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
