What you will do:
- Develop and sustain die attach processes for new and existing products.
- Responsible to ensure technical communication and information flow within the project team and guiding technical discussions on die attach topics.
- Technical input for assembly process / equipment solutions for assigned new products or platform.
- Provide technical solution starting from development to establish robust package manufacturability and reliability.
- Provide technical support on die attach topics for both internal and external customers.
- Demonstrate technical leadership in subject matter and drive process challenges with cross site members.
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations for die attach related failures.
- Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and training materials for production support.
- Support audits and customer visits with technical data and process explanations.
What you will need:
- Degree holder in Engineering related disciplines
- At least five (5) years of related working experiences in manufacturing environment, preferably semiconductors industry.
- Skillful on front of line (FOL) assembly processes like die bond / wire bond / AOI.
- Familiar with 6 sigma, FMEA, DOE and statistics.
- Experienced on wire and clip bonded packages.
