Job Description
- Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with brand goals and target audience.
- Write clear, engaging captions and copy that reflect the brand’s identity and drive audience engagement.
- Identify, approach, and collaborate with suitable influencers; manage ongoing partnerships and performance tracking.
- Shoot and edit video content and design eye-catching visuals for use on various platforms.
- Monitor and analyze current trends in social media, content formats, and user behavior to inform content strategy.
- Ensure all content maintains consistency in brand voice, visual style, and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1 year or more experience will have an advantage.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, both in crafting content and building relationships.
- Ability to shoot and edit content using mobile applications such as CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and audience engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Own transport is an added advantage.
- Preferably FEMALE & MALAYSIAN.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
