We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join Evera Health as a Front Desk & Social Media Executive. This role combines patient-facing responsibilities with creative digital tasks, making it ideal for someone who is both organized and tech-savvy. You will be the first point of contact for patients while also supporting the clinic’s online presence through social media content creation and simple video editing.
Front Desk & Clinic Support
- Manage patient appointments, registration, and billing.
- Handle phone and WhatsApp inquiries in a professional manner.
- Ensure accurate MOH record-keeping and compliance.
- Maintain clinic inventory (medications, IV supplies, wellness products).
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers.
- Collect and manage patient feedback to improve service.
Social Media & Digital Support
- Assist in creating simple social media posts (graphics, captions, scheduling).
- Edit short videos using mobile apps for social media.
- Support content planning for promotions and events.
- Monitor basic social media engagement and report insights.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Requirements
- SPM/Diploma in Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms.
- Basic skills in content creation and video editing apps (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and manage both administrative and creative tasks.
