Social Media cum Ecommerce ExecutivesJunior ExecutiveResponsibilities:
- Oversea and handle the end -to end order processing for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok stores.
- Take product photos, create and update product listings and manage inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and returns processing efficiently.
- Analyze store performance and provide regular updates.
- Plan, create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Twitter.
- Design graphics posting using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for product promotions and brand marketing.
- Video creation and editing for short-form content and ads.
- Address customer questions and feedback promptly on social media, WhatsApp and E-Commerce platforms.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering quick resolutions.
- Additional duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related filed preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- 1 year Experience in managing Shopee, Lazada and TikTok stores
- Able to multitask and independence in work.
- Fluency in both Chinese and Bahasa Melayu (written & spoken)
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Twitter marketing
- Strong multitasking abilities, with an independent work ethic
- Experience in video creation and editing is an advantage
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
