Job & Responsibility:
- Develop and execute weekly and monthly content strategies across multiple platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok) that aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Plan and create a diverse range of original content including videos, images, graphics, and written posts.
- Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas in alignment with brand voice, values, and marketing goals.
- Optimize content for maximum engagement and reach, using data-driven insights to inform your approach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader campaign objectives.
- Monitor and respond to audience comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure the brand's content remains fresh and relevant
Requirements:
- Preferred candidates are those with experience in the beauty, supplement, or related niche industries, with a strong background in content planning and creation for social media—especially TikTok.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media content creation and digital marketing.
- Skilled in scriptwriting, storytelling, and using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere.
- Creative and full of fresh ideas in content creation.
- Understanding of digital marketing and the content funnel “awareness–interest–desire–action” (AIDA).
- Proficient in analyzing TikTok content performance metrics to continuously optimize content strategy and maximize impact.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for growing online engagement.
- Well-versed in the supplement product industry with hands-on experience in understanding ingredients, consumer needs, and market trends.
- Passion for the beauty and health industry and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Pleasant appearance, cheerful personality, and full of energy.
Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 5.30pm
Location: Jadehills, Kajang Selangor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
