What You'll Do:
Social Media & Content Leadership:
- Assist in leading and mentoring our social media team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Support the strategy, planning, execution, and monitoring of all social media activities across platforms including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and our official website.
- Develop engaging content calendars with the primary goal of driving interaction and conversions.
- Actively manage our online communities, responding to comments and direct messages, and monitoring social sentiment to maintain a positive brand image.
- Stay on top of the latest social media trends, tools, and trending content, ensuring our strategies are always fresh and relevant.
- Generate regular social media reports on fan growth, engagement, inquiries, and lead generation, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Be actively involved in customer engagement, responses, and crisis management on social media when necessary.
Business Development & Sales Support:
- Support the team in initiating and developing business development strategies to strengthen our market position.
- Contribute to driving sales and promoting our media services, particularly our TikTok offerings, to potential customers.
Website Management & Digital Advertising Support:
- Assist with the management and optimization of our official website content and user experience, collaborating with web development teams.
- Support the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media ads.
- Help monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
- Assist with customer engagement, responses, and crisis management related to website and digital advertising efforts.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with external agencies, working partners, and collaboration companies.
- Help prepare clear briefs, manage deliverables, and facilitate approvals for various projects.
- Take on other assignments as directed by the Director or Digital Marketing Manager.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications:
- A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred, though candidates with strong relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven working experience in the Marketing field, with a strong focus on social media.
- Excellent writing skills with a flair for crafting compelling content.
- Proficiency in video and creative editing for various social media platforms.
- Experience in the lifestyle tech or agency sectors is an advantage.
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
- Able to start immediately or with a short notice
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
