Job Summary:
The Social Media Marketing Manager/Assistant plays a key role in driving the brand's visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance across multiple marketing channels. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to support the company’s growth and positioning in the fashion retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Assist in developing annual marketing plans aligned with business goals and seasonal campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis and consumer insights to refine marketing positioning.
- Support product launch planning, promotions, and retail campaign strategies.
2. Campaign Execution & Management
- Lead and coordinate omnichannel marketing campaigns (online and offline), including brand awareness, product pushes, and festive promotions.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance through KPIs (e.g., ROI, reach, engagement).
3. Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Plan and execute digital strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and website.
- Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and social media managers to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage content calendars, oversee visual and messaging direction, and track social performance.
4. Retail & Visual Marketing
- Coordinate in-store promotions, events, and visual merchandising alignment with brand campaigns.
- Liaise with retail teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience in stores.
5. Partnership & Collaboration
- Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, stylists, media, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with PR teams, vendors, and creative agencies for campaigns and events.
6. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and insights to guide future planning.
- Track and report on campaign results, customer behavior, and market trends.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
