We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Facultative Reinsurance Placement Specialist to join our team. This role requires an individual with a foundational understanding of general insurance products and a strong desire to deepen their expertise in facultative reinsurance. You'll be responsible for:Facultative Reinsurance Placement:
- Analyze and assess reinsurance needs for various insurance products within the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies for facultative reinsurance placements
- Liaise with reinsurance brokers and reinsurers to negotiate and secure optimal reinsurance terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with reinsurance partners, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as a key point of contact for reinsurance inquiries and negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of reinsurance solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on reinsurance placements and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of reinsurance agreements and transactions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on reinsurance performance analysis.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the reinsurance sector.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of general insurance products and principles.
