- SMT MACHINE OPERATION
- Set up and operate SMT equipment (e.g., screen printers, mounter machines, reflow ovens).
- Load/unload PCBs and components onto machines.
- Ensure correct feeder and stencil setup according to job order.
- MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on SMT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor machine issues (alignment, feeder errors, nozzle clogging, etc.)
- Coordinate with engineer team for major equipment servicing.
- QUALITY CONTROL
- Inspect solder paste or glue bond printing, component placement, and reflow process using AOI or manual tools.
- Identify and rectify SMT defects such as tombstoning, bridging and solder voids, over bond.
- PROCESS MONITORING & OPTIMIZATION
- Monitor machine performance and cycle times.
- Report deviations or process abnormalities.
- Suggest improvements to reduce defects and increase throughput.
- PRODUCTION SUPPORT
- Follow production schedules and instructions from engineers or supervisors.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by assisting in setup and trial runs.
- Ensure smooth changeover between product runs with minimal downtime.
- COMPLIANCE & SAFETY
- Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety protocols.
- Adhere to workplace safety procedures and PPE usage.
- Ensure work area cleanliness and 5S compliance.
- REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Basic understanding of electronic components.
- Hands-on experience with SMT machine

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
