Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Support
- Assist potential customers with pricing and cost-related inquiries
- Provide product/service information to support purchasing decisions
After-Sales Service
- Handle customer queries and concerns post-purchase
- Manage service appointments and repairs
- Use the company’s ticketing system to track service cases and ensure resolution
- Schedule service jobs and follow-up activities
Information Management
- Deliver accurate and timely information to customers
- Maintain up-to-date records related to customer service activities
- Communication Management
- Handle both in-store (indoor) and external (outdoor) messaging channels, including email, phone, and direct customer interactions
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with service ticketing systems and scheduling tools
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am– 5:30pm
- Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm (Remote working)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
