Your Role at the Site
As a Site Supervisor, you will be stationed at renovation project sites to ensure smooth execution of works. Your job is to coordinate contractors, manage timelines, and ensure quality workmanship while maintaining good communication with homeowners and the project team.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily renovation works on-site to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and workers.
- Check drawings and specifications to ensure work is carried out correctly.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
- Ensure all safety regulations and company standards are followed.
- Update the management team on project status and site conditions.
- Maintain good communication with homeowners and address any site concerns.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in construction/renovation site supervision.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Able to read and understand construction drawings.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel and be stationed at project sites.
- Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin.
