JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct and supervise workers, sub-contractors and daily work activities at project site.
- Has a good understanding of company products, designs and drawings.
- Arrange of site measurement with sub-contractors.
- Liaise and attend meetings with main contractors to understand set procedures and requirements.
- Carry out regular inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, procedures, processes and legal requirements.
- Prepare and submit reports for review.
- Undertake ad hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English and Chinese.
- Possess a Diploma or equivalent in any related field.
- At least 1-2 years relevant working experience in building and construction industry.
- Experience in Stone / floorboard installation will be an added advantage.
- Must possess own vehicle and is computer literate.
- Training will be provided
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
