Site Construction Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and relevant authorities.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Identify and resolve site issues or escalate to the Project Manager as required.
• Maintain daily site records including manpower, equipment, progress, and site issues.
• Inspect works for quality assurance and verify that rectifications are properly completed.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants, local authorities, or clients when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• At least Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Valid site safety certifications (e.g., CIDB Green Card, OSHA, or local equivalent).
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in site supervision, preferably in [residential/commercial/industrial/infrastructure] projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bintulu (Bintulu): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• relevant site supervision: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• site safety certifications (e.g., CIDB Green Card, OSHA) (Preferred)
