Core Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, MS Project)
- Willing to work in Senawang area
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision:
- Oversee daily construction activities
- Ensure work meets quality, timeline and budget requirements
- Monitor site safety and compliance
Coordination:
- Liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors
- Resolve on-site issues promptly
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate site reports and records
- Track work progress and material usage
