Working Days: Monday - Saturday (9am - 6pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the showroom, ensuring a well-organized and visually appealing display of products.
- Lead and supervise the Sales Designers to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Provide expert product knowledge and consultation to customers regarding kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and ID solutions.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure seamless customer experience from inquiry to project completion.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to enhance showroom effectiveness.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor showroom staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in showroom management, preferably in the kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, or interior design industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design software is an added advantage.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
