Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end management of account content, with a focus on the structured creation of short-form videos utilizing AI-assisted editing and automated remixing technologies.
- Analyze platform algorithms and distribution mechanisms; take ownership of video performance metrics and content visibility.
- Continuously optimize content publishing strategies to improve reach, engagement, and overall output quality.
- Review and analyze published video content, providing feedback to the purchasing and scriptwriting teams for iterative improvement.
- Manage and operate a matrix of video accounts across platforms; track, compile, and analyze key performance data regularly.
