Job Description
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Creative Content Specialist (Video-Led) to join our marketing team — someone who loves telling real stories through video and knows how to make them pop on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
In this role, you’ll be our go-to video creator — from shooting and editing to reworking content for different platforms, formats, and moments. But this isn’t just about pushing out content. You’ll be part of a collaborative, creative team that’s shaping the voice and personality of WORQ — our spaces, our people, and our community.
You’ll work closely with our brand and content crew to bring ideas to life in a way that reflects our vibe, message, and the people we’re here for. Beyond execution, you’ll have the chance to pitch ideas, contribute to campaigns, and grow into more than just a creator — maybe into a strategist, brand storyteller, or creative lead.
If you’re ready to make videos that resonate, inspire, and build community, we’d love to meet you. Let’s make content that connects people, not just algorithms!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the filming and editing of short-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Support content shoots (events, interviews, walk-and-talks), including basic lighting/audio and directing talent when needed
Repurpose video footage into multiple formats and lengths for distribution across platforms
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas, storyboards, and angles that align with campaign narratives
Organize and manage video asset libraries and shooting schedules
Help shape the tone and style of video content to be in sync with the WORQ brand voice
Occasionally assist in simple social post visuals or photo-based content as needed
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in video production, content creation, or a related creative field
Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
Good eye for storytelling, framing, sound, and pacing — especially for social platforms
Understanding of content formats and platform behaviors (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
Comfortable directing shoots, speaking with stakeholders, and working in dynamic environments
Willingness to learn and grow into broader creative or strategic marketing roles
Additional Information
Bonus Points:
Experience working on brand-led storytelling or interview-style videos
Basic photography or social graphic design knowledge (e.g., Canva)
Familiarity with captions, templates, or AI-powered tools that speed up workflow
Interest in brand building, content strategy, or campaign ideation
