Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to outdoor customer service technical issues in West Malaysia, ensuring prompt on-site attendance.
- Travel to East Malaysia for scheduled service visits and support as needed.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic boards and related electronic systems on-site.
- Support operations by assisting with ad-hoc jobs, including installations, preventive maintenance, equipment upgrades, and basic installations.
- Provide clear documentation and reports of service visits, including work performed and parts used.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused presence, ensuring high satisfaction and service quality.
- Hatch effective communication and coordination with team members, supervisors, and customers.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum education: SPM / SPMV, or no prior experience required (candidates with basic electronics knowledge encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of electrical/electronic theory such as circuit functionality, board components, and safe handling practices.
- Hands-on aptitude with troubleshooting and using testing tools.
- Ability to travel extensively, including to East Malaysia, and work outdoors in varied locations.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license (required for field travel).
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time and tasks independently.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 1pm)
