Job Responsibilities (IT Support Technician)
- NIOSH-TM Safety Passport – Preferred, but not required
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance for IT systems
- Skilled in network preventive maintenance
- Working hours: weekdays only – no weekend shifts
Your Role:
- Provide on-site IT support to clients across various industries
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
- Respond to service tickets professionally and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs
- Document technical issues, fixes, and solutions for internal records
